- We will provide appropriate resources, information, training, equipment, work planning and safe systems to promote Health & Safety awareness and to enable staff to competently and safely fulfil their roles and responsibilities at all levels of the company;

- Injuries, occupational illness and safety incidents will be treated as preventable. Our goal is zero Lost Time Injuries;
- We will adhere to the highest standards in all work practices to ensure the protection of staff, contractors and those impacted by our work;
- We will provide the necessary organisation and resources and nominate individuals to implement our Health & Safety policy;
- We will set and review objectives and targets annually to ensure continual Health & Safety performance improvement;
- We will foster openness and dialogue through staff consultation and will be open to the concerns of staff, contractors and those impacted by our work;
- We will comply with, and constantly aim to exceed, all applicable legal and regulatory Health and Safety requirements and all other appropriate guidelines.
