Respect & Dignity Charter

The Charter and policy underpins ESBI's commitment to ensuring all individuals are treated with respect and dignity in the workplace and throughout their working life in the company. There are a number of Dignity at Work contact people trained to provide a support and guidance service to anybody who may need assistance is dealing with issues relating to Respect & Dignity.

Joint Equality Council

The Council's primary role is to promote awareness of equality issues. The Council acts as an advisory body and in the course of its work will examine equality issues raised by individuals, management etc.

Code of Practice for People with Disabilities

This Code of Practice was re-launched recently and indicates our commitment, both to providing a safe accessible working environment for all, and to offering staff with disabilities an equal opportunity to achieve their full potential in ESBI. It ensures that no job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of disability.
