When can I apply for the Graduate Programme?

We are accepting applications in March 2011. Please refer to the job description for definitive dates.

How do I apply for the Graduate Programme?

Complete and submit the online graduate application form (which you will find on the ESBI Current Vacancies Website page when the application process is open) and attach your CV/Resume before the stated deadline.

What is the Graduate Programme interview process?

If short-listed for interview, the recruitment process generally involves one face-to-face interview. You will be interviewed by a member of the Human Resources team along with relevant managers from the business. Interviews usually begin mid March/early April.

This will be a technical based interview, focussing mainly on your college experience and relevant work experience. You will get an opportunity to discuss your final year project, subjects you liked, your interest in ESBI, career ambitions, etc.

If your skills and experience align with our business needs, we will extend an Offer of Employment to you, subject to pre-employment reference and medical checks.

If accepted onto the Graduate Programme, when do I start?

Generally interviews begin mid March/early April and the majority of our Graduates join ESB International the first week in September.
