ESBI Graduate Programme

ESBI have run a successful graduate programme for the past 10 years and believe that recruiting, training and nurturing graduate talent is crucial to sustaining our competitive edge in the global energy market.

What is the Graduate Programme?

The ESBI Graduate is a structured 3-year programme. The core objective of the programme is to:

Guide graduates through a process of training and development to equip them with the competency to make early and meaningful contribution to ESBI business objectives within a rapidly developing technological environment.

We achieve this by:

  • Providing our graduates with experience opportunities in a range of project roles which equips them with the knowledge to effectively deliver on a variety of tasks within a project and the business unit.
  • Developing our graduates to Professional Engineer and Chartered status.
