ESB International - Undergraduate work placements
This is simply not just a work placement
As an Undergraduate at ESB International, you will be given real work, real responsibility and above all, a real opportunity to jumpstart your career.
It's an experience you'll never find in a classroom.
As more and more universities and colleges are building placements into their curriculum, we offer a limited number of undergraduates a placement each year as part of their college course.
We also offer short-term placements from May/June to September each year.
Unfortunately the closing date has now expired for the current undergraduate placements. But please do read on if you would like to know more about our Undergraduate Placements. Check out these pages and the ESBI Current Vacancies Website page in Spring when we open up applications for the 2011 placements.

What is the Interview process?
If short-listed for interview, the recruitment process generally involves one face-to-face interview. You will be interviewed by a member of the Human Resources team along with relevant managers from the business.
This will be a technical based interview, focusing mainly on your college experience and any relevant work experience. You will get an opportunity to discuss your projects, subjects you like, your interest in ESBI, career ambitions, etc.

If your skills and experience align with our business needs, we will extend an Undergraduate Placement Offer to you, subject to pre-employment reference and medical checks.
Can you give me an idea of the appointment time?
Generally interviews begin 1st week in April and undergraduates join the first week in May/June.
