ESBI Foundations Programme
We know starting a new job can be daunting that's why here at ESBI we have developed a Foundations Programme designed to ease you into your new career. ESBI Foundations Programme includes a Buddy Programme, Induction Session and Orientation Session.
- Buddy Programme: each new employee is assigned a buddy. The buddy will meet with you on your first morning to welcome you and support you in the first few weeks of being in the Company. They will ensure you settle in and are given a warm reception by the team/company.
- Induction Session: soon after joining ESBI, you will attend an Induction session. This is an interactive session using the ESBI Intranet as a launching pad to giving you an active demo of some of our online systems.
- Orientation Session: you will also attend our Orientation Session within the first three months of your time at ESB International. This session provides new employees with opportunities to learn about the overall organisation, our vision, values and structure, as well as network with their colleagues and peers.
