ESB International - Management Leadership Programmes

To facilitate the development of managers and leaders within the organisation, a range of programmes have been developed specifically for ESBI to enable managers at varying levels to develop their skills and competencies.

Executive Coaching Programme

We have found coaching to be one of the most powerful learning and development interventions available to individuals within the organisation.

We currently have 22 internal coaches and a panel of external coaches available to clients also. Through coaching you can achieve more of the potential you know that you have.

Team Leadership Skills Programme

Our Team Leadership Skills Programme delivers a "hands on" interactive approach to equip newly appointed team leaders to manage their team and time effectively and offer them further support in their new roles of managing people.

The programme is designed to develop core line management skills, while at the same time heightening the participants' awareness of employee relations processes and procedures.

Management Development Framework

ESBI's Management Development Framework sets out a structured and consistent approach to manager development, taking into account the business needs and the individual needs of our leaders.

The ESBI Leadership Development Model sets out a framework for the delivery of core Management Development within ESBI. This model considers three broad levels of management within ESBI and the core management know-how and leadership skills required at each management level.
