The Performance Management Process aims to support the ESBI hallmarks of success. It aims to:

ESB International's Performance Management System supports your development and the development of the business by providing a structure where you and your manager meet to discuss business direction, performance objectives and your developmental opportunities.

Individual Training and Development Plan

One of the outputs of your Performance Management meetings is the creation of your Individual Training and Development Plan (ITDP) which identifies your learning & development goals (both technical and behavioural) for the coming year and is jointly developed with your manager.

Other Development Opportunities

ESBI offer an abundance of resources and opportunities to help you improve your skills and competencies. Outside of formal training courses, we offer additional learning initiatives such as: work shadowing, attending conferences and workshops, job rotation, site visits, research opportunities.
