Mentoring Programme
The Mentoring Programme helps new, inexperienced employees make the transition from college to work, or from one workplace to another. The overall aim is to help new entrants integrate into ESBI and assimilate into the culture of the company as quickly as possible. It also helps to maximise the return that both the company and employees get from their work assignments.
