ISO audit success in ESBI Engineering and Facility Management
NSAI conducted a routine surveillance visit in ESBI, Stephen Court, Dublin during December against the requirements of the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System standard. The visit was a success with zero non-conformances and a small number of observations.
NSAI auditor, Joe Cavanagh, audited the ESB International Investment (ESBIi) Key Account via the Marchwood project with Paul Murphy (Project Manager, Marchwood) and Paul Kennedy (Manager ESBIi and ESBig Key Accounts), followed by Paul Conlon (Manager, Strategic Consultancy Group) where a consultancy project was sampled.
The Learning and Development system was also audited, represented by Seán Ramsay (HR Administrator, Learning and Development). After which the mandatory Quality Management System areas were presented by Seamus McLaughlin (Manager, Strategy and Business Systems) and Noel Clarke (Manager, Quality and Business Improvement).
Neil Quinn and Keith Farrell from Building Consultancy Group rounded the day off with the Poolbeg control room extension project.
"Congratulations to all involved and many thanks to those who worked hard behind the scenes in preparation for the day," commented Noel Clarke. Noel also echoed Ollie Brogan's key note December conference speech highlighting the importance of quality in consistently delivering customer satisfaction.
